1st round- hacker rank test - minimum number of platforms required, one basic design questions which includes implementation of an given interface.
2 nd round - telephonic - interview experience is great - java fundamentals, collections, thread basics, print the sum of squares of numbers in a list using java 8 streams, medium level SQL query, WAP to pair of indexes of an array whose elements difference is equal to given k
3rd round - telephonic - interview experience is great - core java, threads yield join wait synchronisation etc, everything about threads, executor framework questions, choose a data structure for given problem statement, medium level SQL query
3rd round(rescheduled) - telephonic - worst experience ever - interviewer was very discouraging, choose a data structure for given problem statement, medium level SQL query. Design a java class to make sure only one object of that class and only one object of each child class can be created, if we try to create 2nd object of the class itself or 2nd object of any child class, it should throw exception
My final round interview experience with Wissen Technology was quite disappointing. The interviewer seemed disinterested and came across as rather arrogant throughout the interaction. The overall process felt highly unprofessional — the interview was rescheduled multiple times over the course of a week, often with little or no prior notice, which was frustrating and disrespectful of the candidate’s time.
When the interview finally took place, it lasted only around 15 minutes. The interviewer asked very few questions, and although I answered them correctly, there was no meaningful engagement or feedback. He abruptly concluded the session with a dismissive, "It's finished from my side." It was clear that there was no genuine intent to properly assess my skills or have a productive conversation.
Overall, the experience left a poor impression. I sincerely hope the company takes steps to improve the professionalism .
