Recruiters were pleasant, efficient and got back on time. While we disagreed on what the Product Manager role entails, it was a pleasant exchange. The interview process includes a language based and skills based aptitude assessment and a behavioural assessment.

Question 1
What are the technical aspects of product management that you did?
Professional, respectful. The process involved an initial screener call a few days after application, followed by an online aptitude/logic skill assessment, followed by a zoom interview with a small group of team leads, before finally an in-person interview with a talent coordinator to answer any questions about the on-boarding process

Question 1
How do you approach prioritizing from many different competing needs?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WiseTech Global (Sydney)
Interview
Someone at Wisetech reach out to me as my experience was a good match for a position that they were looking for. Had an initial 30 minutes chat with an HR person where again it was reiterated through how my experience was a great fit for this role. Next step was a cognitive test online and after that they were about to schedule me for another interview... and here I get ghosted for a month. When I followed up after a week I was told that they were still organising the interview, after a month of silence and only after me following up, I get told that my experience didn't match the role. Very unprofessional and wasting people time for a company that during their chats constantly brags on how they should be considered better then Atlassian or Canva
