I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Wise (Hong Kong) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process shall go through two rounds, with a take-home exercise. In the first round interview, the interviewers lose track and kept asking candidate to repeat the same answer.
Maybe I am the exceptional case but generally I felt disrespected.
First round screening with TA. Generally went well, talked about motivations etc. push pull factors, and general HR relevant questions. Did not progress beyond. Company has a policy of only sharing feedback past hiring manager rounds
The interview process was long (5-6 rounds). The questions that were posed by the interviewer were not directly relevant to the role itself. Hiring for a Compliance role but asking Product questions. When the answer was provided, the interviewer responded with "oh we are not interested in that product". It seems that they are looking for a particular answer which they deem is correct to a question that is supposed to be open-ended.
