The process involved two rounds of interviews—one with HR and another with the Hiring Manager. I was also required to complete a take-home assignment. The entire process took nearly two months. Although I received an offer in the end, I decided not to accept it as the salary offered was lower than what I had previously communicated to HR.
Hirevue and a interview with a team lead as well as a confirmation interview with HR — good questions that are relevant to the job and specific functions and even sub-functions to be hired for. Interview with the lead is often accompanied by another agent to reduce bias. Both parties asked very relevant questions and drew from their own challenging situations.
