      First, you apply online and fill out a basic form then you get invited to a pre-recorded interview (Hirevue?). The second stage was ridiculously long. The pre-recorded questions are fine and nothing out of the ordinary but the emails were a pain. You have to search through their FAQs for answers, some are not even there and you can only find the info you need when you search in their articles. You get an hour for each question but by the time you're halfway done, you're already fed up. The last email/question has nothing to do with the position, they give you a graph and ask how you can boost the productivity of an employee which is completely irrelevant. All in all, a long and time-consuming interview. If you're going to waste 2 hours of someone's life, at least give them feedback when you reject them.

      The whole interview process felt really clear and smooth from beginning to end. I always knew what the next steps were, and communication was consistent throughout. Everyone I spoke with was kind, approachable, and respectful, which made the experience feel very human and welcoming. It genuinely made me feel comfortable and excited about joining Wise.

      Tudo foi bem rápido. Após a candidatura, se aprovado, você recebe um email com um teste. Dentro desse teste tem 5 blocos, onde eles avaliam a rapidez de digitação, seu listening, e tem um que você precisa se gravar respondendo uma pergunta em inglês. Se aprovado, eles marcam a entrevista. Que para mim, foi bem tranquilo. Se eu puder te dar uma dica é, estude a empresa, como ela trabalha, e vai tranquilo. Eles valorizam muito a honestidade, então se estiver nervoso, fale, tome uma água e recomece. Vai dar certo!

      There were a handful of tests in the course of over two weeks leading up to the Google Meet interview with two of their associates. It felt close and personal, with extraordinary professionalism and investment. I hope to get another opportunity some day.
