Interview
The interview was connected via video chat. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. The hiring process was easy and smooth. My only recommendation is that they complete all initial paperwork and certifications prior to having the new team member join as I was prevented from actually beginning work for quite some time due to their lengthy process.
