Wisconsin SBDC interview questions

I had one in-person interview with the assistant director and another intern. Director came in towards the end. Asked simple questions about me and experiences I have had. They hire for soft-skills and your ability to learn. They are looking at implementing a phone call prior to an in-person interview.

Relatively easy. Sat down, chatted with the Office Manager about scheduling and responsibilities, then asked a couple of questions about me and thanked me for my time. All in all, took maybe 20 minutes.
