showed up at the FBO with Hr, went on a tour of hangers, they asked about general/entry level questions about cleaning and that was the interview with them contacting me a day or so later with an offer
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wisconsin Aviation (Madison, WI)
Interview
Super easy, just asked about who you are, what you were looking for in a job, and where you saw yourself in 5 years or so; the normal interview questions. Nothing about the company history or present though.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wisconsin Aviation (Madison, WI)
Interview
It seems the interview process is mere formality. Everything is very straightforward, and no experience is necessary.
Some of the opportunities mentioned during the interview are fiction. Opportunities for advancement and the "Career Ladder" are spoken of very highly during the interview. Once accepted and working, there is no evidence of either of these concepts. Expect advancement to take a significant amount of time. The Career Ladder for moving into other departments changed multiple times before disappearing. Nobody knows for sure its status anymore.
Interview also includes an assessment of other skills you have, which the company may ask you to utilize, ie photography, graphic design for advertisements, etc. I haven't seen a single instance of any of these being used.
