First round GD - Here you have to give your intoduction for 1 min they will check your communication then shortlisted candidates will get the chance to participate in GD
Second round Communication Interview - Telephonoc or video round with the communication trainer. Ask general questions to check your communication and confidence.
Third round HR - General questions about yourself and what you knoe about the company.

Interview
The first round was conducted in group in a well occupied room. There were around 30-40 candidates and a HR. They asked to speak on any topic of our choice and the time limit was 1 minute to each candidate.
Recuerdo el proceso tomo al rededor de 2 semanas para la contratación. Entre por teléfono y la visita al site. Me refirieron . Supongo que eso hizo que el proceso fuera mas rápido
It was easy and a simple process. There were 3 rounds of interview process. First one was a basic hr round and the 2nd one was communication round and the 3rd one was technical round
