Interview
Usually groups are hired at once at an Open House. Everyone has to pass a light typing test and answer basic customer service questions. The test is more intensive now than it was a few months ago. A short interview is conducted by hiring personnel, if you are selected, you will sign the offer letter, accept the drug test and “background” check via email.
It is very easy to crack . They just focus on your communication skills, accent and vocabulary. My experience was very good they asked very simple questions like tell me about yourself, what are your hobbies, how was your last weekend,

They asked me about my hobbies. Mine was cooking so they questioned what kind of cuisine you make and what’s your favourite dish to make
Two rounds of online interview both taken online. One interview was complete resume based and the other one was to check my english communication skills. Interviewers were not grilling or trying to take any kind of stress interview.

Interview
My first round was a JAM session, where I spoke about Hyderabad, the topic given by the interviewer. The second round was conducted on the same day. Since I was a fresher, it was a basic personal interview. Within 12 days, I received an exam email that included English sections.
