It was a long interview process that included: A call with the hiring manager, A call with the director, A case study, A case study presentation in person, an interview with Partner 1, an interview with Partner 2, an interview with Partner 3. I only made it to the director stage because during that interview, I was told we would do a mock case study on the spot, which I wasn’t prepared for. The questions were all focused on media buying, even though the role was for an analyst position, so I was very confused.
Process was easy but a bit disorganized. Took a long time to hear back in between rounds, which mostly consisted of behavioral questions. Did a research-based ask and had to present to some members of the team. Overall not difficult just not very communicative throughout
Brief, 2 calls and a practical case study that I had to do at home within 72 hours. The case was not difficult, required a bit of research. I presented it and they had little feedback
