Very easy they didn't ask too many questions. The hiring manager just asked me about work that was similar to the job I was applying for. I also did a drug test with a mouth swab.

You take a tour of the facility. Do a mouth swab drug/alcohol test. Then do an in person interview to see if the schedule will work. The process was pretty quick and easy.
