In person interview with two decision makers. It was a 1 hour meeting where they talked about what their company is about and asked about my experience and goals. Phone call with one other partner who wasn't there to learn more about the position.

Interview
After applying, you'll get a phone call. If you sound good on the phone you get brought in for an interview. If you get past this, you'll have one more interview with the owners of the company to make sure the fit is good. They give you an offer if they like you.
