Interview
The interview process was smooth, well-structured, and manageable. I received the opportunity through a campus recruitment drive. The interviewers’ expectations were reasonable and aligned with the fundamental knowledge expected from a computer science undergraduate, without being overwhelming.The entire process in online.
The selection process consisted of three eliminatory rounds: Technical, Behavioral, and HR.
The Technical round primarily focused on logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with questions based on standard programming problems. As a CS student, the emphasis was on explaining the approach and logic clearly rather than advanced concepts.
The Behavioral round included a mix of programming-related questions and scenario-based questions to assess decision-making and communication skills.
The HR round mainly involved situational and response-based questions, evaluating attitude and alignment with the organization.

Suppose you are part of a team and notice that one of your team members is consistently underperforming or not fulfilling their responsibilities. What steps would you take to address the situation?
interview was good, all persons was ok, can not have any claims. Applied online for a software engineer position at a leading tech company. Completed a coding challenge involving building a small web application using React and Node.js within a given timeframe.
Very friendly and knowledgeable about the company, willing to tell me many details about the project and what interesting work I would be working on. Took time to answer any questions that I had.
