I attended a campus placement with three rounds and one HR round. I introduced myself, presented key projects, discussed the company and founders, and highlighted my game design work that matched their needs.

They started with, "Tell me about yourself". then asked to show my best projects and speak about the same. they wanted to know if i read about the founders and the company. tehy were interested in game related work.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at WinZO in Dec 2022
Interview
It was long and tiring stages, everyone interview like manager, designer cofounder one by one. They will call you in office in the name of cofounder meet and then again will interview there one by one.
