      19 Mar 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Win360 in Oct 2020

      Interview

I had two interviews for this job, where I spoke with the marketing manager, director of operations and creative designer. In between the two interviews, I was asked to complete three tasks to give the managers an idea of my work. I was contacted within a few days of the second interview with a job offer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What did I like most and least about my last job? Do I work better with more or less management? What is a marketing campaign that really stood out to you? *also asked about my experience with different campaigns/platforms/software
