the process was a little slow, but very comfortable. Technical test, human resources interview and technical interview. What was different from other companies, according to my experience, was the technical test without a previous talk.

Entrevista técnica automatizada mediante plataforma. Sólo se permite uso de documentación oficial. Son tres ejercicios de lenguaje de programación, uno de base de datos, y un múltiple choice teórico. Los ejercicios no son estándar y se compilan mediante la misma plataforma web.

Ejercicio práctico sobre polimorfismo y herencia. Hay que crear clases, heredarlas, etc en base a una descripción. Tener presente palabra clave "base".

Primero te envian un challenge que se tarda unos 40 minutos en realizar, una vez aprobado tenes una primer entrevista con recursos humanos, luego una entrevista tecnica con lideres de la empresa y si esta todo OK te envian una oferta formal.
