The first interview was with the hiring manager and HR. The interview mainly focused on understanding my skills, experience and ability to respond to business situations.
The second round interview had a panel comprising of HR - Manager , General Manager,and Hiring manager. The GM and HR had a bunch of tricky questions and also checked my ability to sustain a pressure situation. I discussed the energy market scenarios , current trends and presented my overview of the industry. This was followed by a written communication test, I was given 30 mins to write 3 assignments.
Later I was called for a medical check and had to pass an aptitude test .
