The interview was very brief. 3 different nurses and directors were a part of the interview process. We discussed work ethic, off-time activities, and family. Afterwards the job duties were discussed, hours and benefits. Finally, an off was made and accepted. I started work the following week with 2 full weeks of classroom orientation.
