I completely understand your frustration. We looked back over (what we think was) your interview process, based on some details you gave us here. It took a very long time to get your interviews scheduled, which was our fault. There was a major miscommunication that caused the first developer to miss your interview. Then the second developer knew nothing about the missed interview and so he didn't apologize. Overall the communication was slow and not very direct.
Our junior developer positions filled up very quickly this school year and so by the time we were interviewing you, we only had openings for people with more experience.
I don't blame you for being frustrated with us. You did not have a good interview experience. It is our fault and we will learn from your feedback so this doesn't happen to someone else.
