Willow Processing interview questions

The interview was very smooth, they went into details about expectations and showing full transparency of the company. The staff were very friendly and make you feel at ease yet professional. Seems that they really care about their processors as well as the clients (loan officers) and work hard to keep everyone accountable and happy.

It was a unique interview process, the questions were a mix of standard and unique questions, most of them felt personality driven. It was conversational and helped me understand the culture and expectations for the company better.
