I received a phone call from the hiring manager and answered some screening questions. I was then sent a behavioral assessment and asked to have references fill out a harver survey, at least 5 people. I sent the survey request to 5 references. Almost all of my references told me how invasive and time consuming the survey is. They took time out of their day to fill this out on my behalf. I completed what was asked as a job candidate. I didn’t even receive a call or email back from the hiring manager letting me know my status in the hiring process. This is very upsetting and I would not recommend Lincoln to any of my industry colleagues. Follow up is so important and we are taught this when you start out as a leasing agent! I expected better behavior from a top management company.

Interview process was seamless. I have been in the field for over 12 years interviewing is the same questions just worded differently. It was quick and easy makes a difference when the company know what they want.
