Not a real "interview." Was just a meet & great over coffee. Explanation of business, salary, and benefits. Interview asked questions to get to know you personally. The manager basically knows what he is looking for so just make yourself presentable and show that you can be knowledgeable and presentable to elected officials in meetings and committees.
