I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
application in person, you get called in for testing - Excel test that was very easy, and listen to a few calls and answer a questionnaire, if you passed you get a call back and interview with one of the managers or supervisors, if you are hired , you do a drug test, you go thru a few weeks paid training and then out on the sales/service floor, you will not get your schedule until the last week of training, you can give preferences but its not assured, it is a 24/7 call center.
Easy, it was a spark hire interview that you record your answers for. You can re-record them as many times as you need. After the interview I received a phone call, that did take a while to receive but form my understanding it is usually a much faster process
I interviewed at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
It was a recorded interview like I was speaking to someone. They may have changed this process now, I was coming in when the orientation and training was being adjusted.
