First you do an on demand interview and if you do well, you will be invited to a face to face virtual interview. Face to face interview was mostly behavioral questions nothing too bad

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Williams in Sept 2021
Interview
There are 2 major rounds. First round is a virtual one conducted by HireVue where most behavioral questions are asked. Second round is conducted through Teams with 2 representatives. Each of them has a list of multiple behavioral questions in different categories to ask. It should last around 45 minutes. Mine lasted longer than expected, about an hour and 15 minutes. After that there is a Q&A session where you get to ask about the company and the interviewers in particular. It went well; however, I did not get an offer.
