HR contacts you and sets up a virtual interview appointment. You will be interviewed by a panel, usually involves the manager, nurse educator, and maybe a resource nurse as well.

I had a panel interview which was about 30 minutes with clinical educator and manager. I was asked all scenario based questions including resume overview. Mostly includes hypoglycaemia protocol, conflict, how to deal with family etc.
