A long overwhelming process of multiple rounds of unnecessary interviews. Some interviewers didn't even know what job I was applying for or what the position entailed. All interviewers asked the same question making it a very repetitive process.

Human Resources, VP Screen, Full Team Virtual interview which included some basic accounting technicals to be prepared for (behavioral ones as well regarding the assumptions you would make about a company’s situation), then a 48 hr Case Study and then In-Person scheduling thereafter.

The interview process includes multiple interviews with a recruiter, with the hiring manager, and members of the team. It also includes a written research report on a company that is presented to the team.
