On campus recruiting with 2 of the analysts. Got invited to a super day 3 days later, which consisted of 5 back-to-back interviews with mostly MDs. People were really friendly and easy to talk to, they really emphasize on the culture.

Very fit-based questions. Why banking? Why Blair? Why Chicago?
Applied online and had a first-round interview via Teams. Discussion focused on background and fit, motivation for investment banking and the firm, and role-specific questions. Interviewer was friendly and supportive throughout.
it was overall pretty smooth. People are really nice and welcoming. They want to see you do well by all means. It is a good company but had growing pains during covid.
