Based on this first call interviews with the respective senior management were set up. All meetings were set up with enough time to prepare. WS also provided a detailed JD and interview tips to be successful

Did the job for 3 months under title of production supervisor. With no applicants applying, after being told I wouldn't be considered, the title was granted to me with the salary adjustment.
