I applied for the position through LinkedIn and was contacted by a recruiter, both via message and email. We scheduled the interview, and up to that point, the process went smoothly.
However, on the day of the interview, the recruiter reached out again with a series of questions that could have been addressed during the interview itself. The following day, she informed me that I had apparently been approved for the next stage and asked me to add some additional information to my résumé. Just a few minutes later, that message was deleted, and I received a generic and clearly automated rejection response, seemingly generated by artificial intelligence.
In light of these facts, the company and its recruitment team did not convey the level of credibility expected from a professional selection process.
