Interview
My interview process consisted of four steps:
(1) Interview with HR - standard, they explain the company's history, the role you're applying for and ask the basic CV questions (tell me about yourself and your background, what are your strengths and weaknesses, why are you interested in the position...)
(2) 1st interview with PM - at least in my case, this interview was very similar to the interview with HR, going into a bit more technical detail on my background
(3) 2nd interview with PM - in this case, there's a standard interview on the first part; the second part consisted of a practical test (two problem solving questions: "which KPIs would you keep track of as a PM?" and an A/B test on Excel)
(4) Interview with founder: similar to (2), but the founder goes into a lot more detail on your background experience and asks some more specific mobile-gaming-related questions

O processo é demorado e muito concorrido, então o retorno do processo demorava em torno de 3 semanas. O processo tem em torno de 4~5 etapas, dependendo do Squad a vaga é bem rotativa podendo abrir anualmente.

O processo tinha 4 etapas: screening, sponsor, technical e sênior leadership. Fui até a segunda etapa, me foi informado que houve desalinhamento entre HR e Sponsor e que os requisitos da vaga haviam mudado.
