Wild Berry Associates interview questions

I went to their first London assessment day. It was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the outdated and bizarre methods other recruiters use. This assessment day was managed and structured effectively and made all of us attendees feel very empowered. There were in total of 23 candidates including myself, and we were put in small groups and rotated from each round table who had at least 2 senior members of their management team including directors which allowed each candidate to fully showcase their competencies which gave everyone a fair shot to present themselves. Each exercise was fun, collaborative and extremely insightful into the recruitment industry. I made it through to the final stage the next day, 10 of us were successful to get to the finals. 4 very well deserved candidates got the final offer. I didn't get the role however received excellent feedback. The London team is awesome as are the other city branches. London team have the vision to turn over more than £1million - and I can see them reaching that target soon.
