Wilco Source Software Developer interview questions

Big communication gaps. The recruiter gave me a time for a Friday to interview, then the next day tried to get me to interview with only about an hour notice. Then on that Friday told me the whole team was on PTO but they still really wanted to interview. The recruiter kept saying they were waiting on the "panel's" availability but then started to refer to the panel as one person. This went on for a month. They couldn't schedule a 45 minute call in a month's time. Big red flag.
