Hi and thank you for your feedback. We're a growing business and still in scale up mode so there are times when we need to be agile which includes expiditing or changing requirements. I know the feeling of being in the mix but being beaten at the post by someone who may be more suited. We don't want anyone to go away from one of our campaigns feeling like their time was wasted. We also have to balance that with the needs of our business and making sure we follow our internal Talent Mission of Right role, right person, right time. Not sure if this will help but I've always considered any interview or chance to discuss my CV as good practice which can set me up positively for a future application.
