I applied through my college. Initially an aptitude test, followed by GD and then the interview rounds. After the HR and Technical round, a CEO round is also conducted over Skype. Overall its a mid level hiring process but they generally hire good communication skilled guys

Interview

The process consists of Aptitude test followed by two rounds of interview technical and HR. The aptitude test was simple and the cut off was 70%. It consists of 4 sections logical, qunat,, programming, verbal, After interview there was technical round then Hr round.
