First round interview was an odd experience with a lot of nick picking through my resume instead of asking about skills I honed in the job. I made it to the second round which was a research assignment. I spent several hours researching and designing my presentation. I got a confirmation they received my assignment and then I never heard back from them. An interviewee spent time and effort, the least a company can do is respond back with feedback. Interviewing with Whova was the most unprofessional, inconsiderate experience I've had during my job search.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whova (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview process was simple. It was a 30 minute zoom call with standard questions, however they didn't pay much attention to my responses. For example, after walking through my resume with marketing experience, I was asked if I had experience I had already talked about.
Following this, I was provided a take-home project, and after turning it in and following up they completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional and they will take your free work. Don't waste your time. Other firms will pay more and at least let you know you didn't get the position.

Question 1
Have you had experience editing videos before and with what software?
I applied online. I interviewed at Whova in Mar 2021
Interview
Was the shortest and oddest interview ever tool 10 minutes total, the interviewer only asked me 3 questions what I know about the company, my GPA, and how very relevant knowledge relates to marketing saying it seemed like a 180 when if you know marketing you know that's not the case. He seemed informal in both dresses and in what was asked. It almost seemed like he never interviewed anyone a day in his life and I was his first as he seemed unprepaired.
