Question 1
If you are receiving push back due to change, how would you navigate that conversation?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2024
Interview
Had 2 interviews in total. 1st was a phone screen with recruiter which was fairly simple and around 20minutes. I was asked 5 situational questions and salary requirements. 2nd was Panel interview with 3 leaders in the area via a video link. You get prep work from the recruiter to prepare you. Lots of situational type questions and the interview lasted closer to 30 minutes.
STAR format questions. You can google questions to be prepared and prepare by having lots of examples. Recommend not rushing it and it's okay to think about the question for a short while.
Overall the process is good and the panel interview is not as intimidating as I thought it would be. Just practice some answers before with examples of experience.
Still waiting for a response.
