Small interview panel consisting of dept. leadership, HR person, and one member of store leadership, and one member of the department the position relates to. 30-45 minutes long, panel takes turns asking you questions relating to the position and your experience/qualifications as they relate to it. Pretty standard interview process really.

Why whole foods? You could choose any other grocery store why not them and why Us. We have a good culture here and we also have a very very good staffing
