Pretty simple. Got interviewed over the phone and in person. I got an offer during 2nd interview. An was able to start orientation about two weeks later. They went over all the information about the job position, and their expectations during the interview process.

What was your past experience in customer service?
It was a pretty easy process. I applied online, and I believe I got an interview a week or 2 after. I got interviewed by the ATL and the TL, and they asked me questions about my experience.
Fairly easy. Just asked about schedule (what days you can work and if you have any vacations coming up) and if there was any prior experience. Didn’t ask very many difficult questions

VERY quick. It was a phone interview and the manager just asked "Why Whole Foods?" I had an answer prepared and he almost cut me off after my first sentence. I don't think he actually cared about my answer.
