I was interviewed by two individuals. About I would say a 15-minute interview. I was asked about 5 questions and they were all about why they should hire me. I met with the department manager and the HR manager.

The interview was pretty relaxed. They mostly just asked standard interview questions, mostly to gauge if you are a well adjusted person. It probably differs greatly depending on the manager but the company culture is pretty chill so maybe not.

After submitting my resume and questions on Indeed, I got an email about a virtual interview for Whole Foods. It took about half an hour, but the questions were relatively easy. All you needed was a phone with a working camera and a microphone.
