Interview
Simply, easy, informal, two Team Members(Supervisor & Front End Team Leader) met with me, asked me about myself, my experience, and what I felt about WFM. By the end of their questions, it turned into a dialogue about cooking and how I could prepare them a meal... I surprised them, and had them bringing over the ASTL, and offering me a job on the spot.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
