I was scheduled for an interview at 3PM, and came in a bit early just in case traffic hit. Asked at a counter for the person who was supposed to interview me and they said that they’d be with me. I waited until 3PM, and asked again. Waited 15 more minutes and no one ended up coming so I left the store with no interview. My time was wasted waiting and I didn’t appreciate that. If you can’t prioritize your time correctly in between working with your co-workers and a potential new employee, then I don’t want to be a part of a team that ends up picking up the scraps because someone’s late.
