I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market in Jan 2015
Interview
applied online, got a call a couple days later to come in for a prescreen interview. the interview was in the cafe part of the store, which was noisy but fine. interviewed with one person, after that was over, the department manager came over to give me another interview. super easy questions, nothing out of the ordinary. they seem to be looking for people who know at least something about the business and who smile alot. the second guy offered me the job right away.

I interview first with the customer service assistant team leader who asked a few questions like
“Why do you want to work here?”
“What can you bring to this company”
I was also asked if I could name 3 kinds of apples..
I was asked to come back the next day to meet the team leader and they asked me maybe 4 questions and I was offered the job. Super easy, nothing crazy when applying for customer service
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2017
Interview
I interviewed at an opening store, so it was a huge group interview. We did icebreakers and several group activities, while the store's leadership observed us and would ask questions about our activities. We also did interview questions, but it was set up like speed dating so everyone was in a circle and would be asked one question before moving on to the next team leader.
