First interview that I had with the company was with the hiring manager, who I would work with, and it was fairly standard. He asked about previous experience, duties at my previous job etc. It progressed well, and I was offered a 2nd interview. 2nd interview was an in-person on site panel interview with 5 people. The hiring manager insisted to dress casually, as they would all be dressed the same. However, the interview itself was much more in-depth. I don't think they really coordinated, more they just asked their own questions they came up with. it was difficult, but not super difficult.
