Standard retail management questions, with focus on teamwork and past experience - though it did seem like the questions were from a checklist. Phone interview lasted approximately thirty minutes. Recruiter was pleasant and personable.

I thought the process was very very fair and energizing. All the people I met with were fair and direct. I felt comfortable asking any question and I thought I would get an honest answer.
