Job fair process. Interviews are first come basis. Two step interview. First part your asked questions on why you want to work for WF, your personal attributes, etc. if you pass that part you move on to an interview with a TL from the dept. you applied for.
Easy interview, interview twice with department so they see if you’ll be able to fit in with the other co worker. then store leader. Very easy couple question and got offered the job

Group interview with role playing activities. Never got to speak with interviewers privately. I did not get the job apparently. They never contacted me or sent me the letter they said they will.
