I applied the same day the position was posted. As suggested by some team members at various stores, I followed up with a phone call to get them to remember my name. A week later I received a phone call for an in-person interview, which was scheduled for the next day. Two team members conducted the interview and asked many standard questions: What do I know about the company? Explain a situation in which you had a difficult customer, what is my biggest weakness and my three strengths. The interview lasted about 20min.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
