      Interview

I applied online after seeing a coming soon sign in my neighborhood. I was invited to a job fair for the first cut. Had to play some games and roleplay with other candidates to be evaluated in our problem solving abilities, customer service style and how well you work in teams. Was then invited back to interview with the team leaders and coordinators.

Depends on ur luck (not sure why sometimes it is one way and sometime different) few people in the panel. Usually your manager, assistant, and couple of team members... You are asked questions in regards to your past experiences and changes you want to bring into the role. It also looks different if you are existing team member or external candidate.

      Question 1

What would I change in the current role to make it better.
