Met at carrer fair, then had a zoom call for 10 min, pretty basic questions. Then I moved on to the final interview where I met with two higher ups. Super dry interview. Look up the most asked interview questions and they asked like 50 of those.

I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2024
Interview
Interview process was very straightforward and the company does not allow room for misunderstandings or a sense of being undervalued. I sought out the company through my school's networking opportunities and they reached out. They accommodate parking and allocated a 2 hour window for the interview process to be thorough. I highly suggest researching the company roles and services. Use proper language and key words that pertain to the company. They are looking for people who demonstrate a want to be part of their legacy and will take pride in their work.
