Group interview with 5 others in the shop. Which lasted 1 hour 30 mins. Only 1 round and received the job offer quite quickly after. Overall a good process that I would recommend.

Interview
Applied online, followed by telephone interview asking questions such as previous experience, customer service, why white stuff and hours available to work. Then invited to interview. Group interview really relaxed and informal made you feel at ease. Lovely people, was even offered tea or coffee. Did ice breakers then group tasks to put together and sell an outfit, role-play type thing. Made mood boards and presented them to the group and had a 1:1. In all one of the best interviews I've been to and seems like a really great place to work!
